Maternity Cover - CDD 5-6 months
Reporting to the Product Merchandising Manager, you will ensure that the assortment is aligned with the needs of regional markets and supports product development pipelines. You will act as a champion of consumer needs, ensuring that market demand is effectively communicated to global teams and incorporated into assortment plans.
YOUR MISSION
- Analyze product performance and communicate regional market needs for product development in line with development timelines.
- Optimize the product assortment across all distribution channels (stores, kiosks, pop-ups, franchises, wholesalers, multi-brand retailers, etc.).
- Evaluate and adapt the global assortment while ensuring local market needs are included.
- Play a key role in product innovation and development.
- Monitor collection performance and ensure objectives are met (e.g., LFL %, adoption rate, etc.).
- Support the sales forecasting process for new products (forecasts aligned with Merchandising budgets).
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Commercial teams) on Go-to-Market and trade initiatives.
- Act as a guardian of the brand framework and standards.
- Drive assortment performance and maximize commercial results.
- Participate in local pricing discussions (retail and wholesale).
- Work closely with stores and internal teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, sourcing, or demand planning.
- Retail/store experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English (French and Spanish would be an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a corporate environment with an e-commerce component is a plus.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Data-driven and fact-based approach to decision-making.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer needs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced international environment.
