Officer, General Services Support (Lamphun)

  • Coordinate and oversee daily General Services operations, including transportation services, canteen, minimart, mailroom, lockers, parking areas, and company vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), company policies, and operational standards.
  • Support effective budget management and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all General Services activities align with Pandora's Zero Accident objective and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and services, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of common areas and shared facilities.
  • Monitor food service quality, cleanliness, hygiene standards, and compliance with nutrition and food safety requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and address employee feedback by providing practical solutions and improving service experiences.
  • Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and service performance summaries for management review.
  • Organize and support 5S activities to maintain workplace standards and operational efficiency.
  • Support ISO 14001, occupational health and safety, energy management, risk management, and audit-related activities through documentation and data preparation.
  • Contribute to company initiatives, projects, and employee engagement activities as required.
  • Support team development through collaboration, coaching, and fostering a positive and service-oriented mindset.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experienced in administration, facilities management, employee services, general affairs, or related operational support functions.
  • Strong in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and handling employee concerns with a customer-service mindset.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, monitoring budgets, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Knowledgeable in workplace safety, facility operations, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality employee services.
