Demand & Supply Planning
Validate demand signals by analyzing shipment trends, open sales orders, and forecasts to ensure alignment with factory planning calendars
Monitor forecast variations across metal and product categories to support proactive planning and mitigate volatility
Build and maintain a rolling 12-month supply plan with updated capacity assumptions across internal and external manufacturing partners
S&OP Process Management
Support the monthly S&OP cycle by providing scenario-based capacity inputs and identifying potential constraints
Drive consensus across stakeholders on mid- to long-term supply plans covering a 3–18 month horizon
Lead demand and supply simulations to assess impacts from changing business requirements and provide recommendations to management
Business Impact & Strategic Planning
Contribute to Business Impact Analysis (BIA) by evaluating supply disruption risks and recommending recovery actions
Provide planning insights on volume allocation, plant ramp-up timelines, and network capacity assumptions to support Long-Range Planning (LRP)
Assess site allocation and dual sourcing strategies for new product introductions, replenishment SKUs, and OEM/ODM orders
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Generate monthly and quarterly planning performance reports and track key planning KPIs
Identify planning gaps and recommend improvement opportunities
Contribute to process enhancement, digitalization initiatives, and best practice adoption to improve planning accuracy and agility

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain functions
Experienced in manufacturing environments; jewellery industry experience is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Detail-oriented with strong planning and execution skills
Able to make sound decisions and balance operational trade-offs
Self-motivated and proactive in driving improvements
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
Good English communication skills with confidence in professional interactions
