Specialist, Store Design, Planning & Execution (SDPE)

At Pandora, we're creating exceptional retail experiences across one of the world's most recognised brands. As our network continues to evolve, we're looking for a SDPE to play a key role in delivering store development projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Manager, SDPE, you'll manage and support a portfolio of store development projects including new store openings, relocations, refurbishments and closures. Working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, designers, contractors and franchise partners, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest global brand standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who enjoys balancing project execution, stakeholder management and retail network growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Managing and coordinating store development projects across Australia and New Zealand
  • Supporting the delivery of new stores, relocations, refurbishments and closures from planning through to completion
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, procurement and construction progress
  • Partnering with contractors, designers, suppliers and landlords to drive successful project outcomes
  • Coordinating furniture planning, procurement activities and project documentation
  • Supporting the repairs and maintenance programme across the ANZ network
  • Preparing project reporting, analysis and recommendations for key stakeholders
  • Ensuring all projects align with Pandora's global design standards and brand expectations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes, efficiency and execution
  • Building strong relationships across Leasing, Retail Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Global teams

About You

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially focused project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing complex projects to life.

You'll bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in store development, retail construction, project management, property, fit-out delivery or a related field
  • Qualifications in Business, Construction, Property, Real Estate, Asset Management or Project Management
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines, budgets and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent planning, coordination and organisational capabilities
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of project financials and budget management
  • Confidence working with contractors, consultants, suppliers and landlords
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams and project management systems
  • Flexibility to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required
