Specialist, Vision System & Robotics

Main purpose of the role:

Develop and implement vision system/robotics design solutions by applying image processing calculations to define positioning and send commands to robotics motion systems for automation development and Next Gen manufacturing initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing productivity.

Key accountabilities:

• Response to support the strategic expectation and goals of key milestone activities  for Automation Development.
• Collect and verify requirements for vision system/ robotics development from stakeholders to create innovative solutions to solving-problem and effectivness for manufacturing.
• Design, establish (Programing), comissioning and execute the vision system/ robotics and intelligent module for automation machine development to maximize effectiveness in manufacturing.
• Control, evaluate and create costs estimation, BOM (Bill of materials) of  vision system/ robotics design of automation machine development to ensure effective budget execution.
• Verify, review, and finalize the quotation from manufacturer and supplier on the procurement process to able in costs control.
• Co - Study, search, examine and validate with manufacturrer and supplier about new  vision system/ robotics to intregrate with  automation machine development to increase efficieancy of  automation machine development.
• Collect, improve and support updating vision system/robotics up to date.
• Create and provide the vision system/ robotics of automation machine development in the handover package (Drawing, Trouble shooting, Manual operation and Spare parts) to support the transfer to stakeholders (Production/Plant PEX/ Local Facility/ Quality manufacturing etc.)
• Search and select automation technology solutions with manufacturers, suppliers and procurement to initiate innovation proof of concept (POC).
