Senior Officer, Utilities Technician (Lamphun)

  • Control, monitor, and maintain utility systems within the factory, including electrical systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and RO-EDI water treatment systems.
  • Inspect and ensure utility machinery and equipment are continuously operating and available for production support.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
  • Monitor energy consumption and system performance, and prepare daily/monthly operational reports.
  • Supervise contractors during maintenance, installation, or system improvement activities.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal requirements.
  • Support engineering improvement projects and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare PM documents, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and maintenance history records.
  • Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure utility systems effectively support manufacturing operations.
